Wildfish philosophy

 

With a simple philosophy of producing the freshest local seafood caught by local fishermen ‘Wildfish’ is much welcomed in the food and wine circles of Gippsland.

 

Occupying the site of the old fishermen’s co-op, diners are likely to see the fresh seafood on the menu being unloaded from the fishing boats on the wharf at the front of the restaurant.
